All Australian delivered RX8’s only have 1 factory oil cooler, on the left side, which makes no sense considering the average climate in Japan and USA is a lot cooler then Australia. RX-8 Lightweight Flywheel & counter weight Upgrade $968 + fittingFor street or race the Mazfix Light Flywheel is ideally suited to a wide range of performance applications comes with the correct counter weight. Suited to your RX-8 Engine + 6 high tensile bolts.
Fitted price includes all parts and labour flywheel machined new rear main seal and stationary gear o’ring. Due to the massive increase in power and torque with the “Stage One Turbo Upgrade” we recommend this clutch upgrade as well, however it is also a great upgrade for non-turbo rx8s as well. The clutch upgrade provides a lighter pedal and feels better than the original clutch. | Gauge Assembly Kit - $1185 Including Gauges + $550 FittingThe new gauge holders clip in place of the ash tray. They are extremely accurate unlike ones that come standard in the RX8. The standard oil pressure does not do anything and the water temp will sit on halfway when the engine is between 70-100 deg Celsius. Monitors oil pressure, oil temperature and water temperature. This is a complete kit including all three gauges, and the mounting fascia plate. The gauge configuration can be changed if you would like other gauges please specify when ordering. Racing Beat REVI Air Intake Box, $895 or Fitted $1263To Suit No Turbo RX8. Racing Beat offers our extremely popular REVi Intake System for all RX-8 applications. Designed to offer performance improvements without sacrificing drivability, the Racing Beat intake system is the final result of hundreds of hours of dyno test sessions and on-road testing. The major components of the REVi Intake System include: an OEM style air box assembly, custom-designed K&N air filter unit, aluminum mass air flow sensor tube, and a tuned-length air inlet horn. Unlike many of the aftermarket intake systems on the market, the Racing Beat intake system retains one of the important mesh screens to aid with the even distribution of airflow across the mass air sensor. The inclusion of this screen minimizes the possibility of “rough idle” issues that may occur if both stock screens are eliminated. Working with the design team at K&N Engineering, a high capacity air filter was developed that allowed us to position a tuned-length intake horn inside the filter body. This filter design allowed us to fine-tune the length of the air horn to maximize the performance potential. We have noted that many aftermarket intake systems for the RX-8 incorporate a large air filter, which is then connected to the intake manifold with a length of plastic or metal tubing. The Oil Sandwich Plate Adapter unit allows for easy installation of sender units for most popular gauges (1/8-inch female pipe for oil pressure and 3/8-inch female pipe for oil temperature). Due to clearance and fitting restrictions, this adaptor is not suitable for use on the 1993-95 RX-7and 2009+ RX-8′s. The machined-aluminum adapter will accommodate either mechanical or electrical senders. The adapter mounts immediately below the oil filter assembly and includes a mounting O-ring and detailed installation instructions. Easily installs by simply removing the oil filter! RX8 Porting Prices (based on 4 or 6 port engines)
Size does matter! BUT it’s the shape of the port that is crucial to performance. All too often we pull down engines, done by others, and see large mis-shaped ports. These engines actually put out less power than a standard engine and mean throwing away the end plates to start again, a costly mistake for a customer. The Mazfix range of ports have all been tried and proven over many years.

A good insurance policy to have in your engine. These Seals will Bend out of the way if the unthinkable was to happen and something was to work its way through your motor. this will help limit the damage to other engine components such as Rotors, Housings, Plates and finally Turbo Chargers if fitted. These seals have been tested and are used in all of the Mazfix Drag cars as well as most of our tough customers cars.

Heavy Duty End Links, $207The addition of a larger aftermarket sway bar can increase the stress loads on the original OEM sway bar endlinks. To combat these increased loads, Racing Beat has designed a set of OEM style aftermarket endlinks to absorb the increased demands of a larger front sway bar. Incorporated into the design of these links are larger 12mm mounting studs and matching retaining nuts. The sealed bearing is self lubricating and should offer many miles of maintenance free driving. Each set is sold as a front pair. These endlinks are intended for street and autocross applications and are highly recommended for use with the Racing Beat bar. Although these upgraded endlinks can be used with the stock sway bar, we believe that the original links are adequately suited for use with the stock bar. Due to the larger diameter studs provided on the Racing Beat endlinks, both the sway bar ends and the mounting holes on the chassis must be enlarged to accept the mounting studs. Provided in the endlink kit is the appropriate sized drill bit and a drilling guide to accomplish this task.
